St. Andrew's Church - Chardstock
We are visited regularly by Reverend Nicky who leads worship and marks the start of important church events with us, such as Advent. The church holds a family friendly Holy Communion every first Sunday of the month at 10am. Every third Sunday at 6pm the church holds an evening worship service.

Chardstock Community Shop
Our fantastic, community-ran, local shop. The shop is open 7 days a week and until 5pm most weekdays (closed for an hour at lunch 1-2). Emily is the full-time postmistress (while she isn't working in our wonderful breakfast club) and helps leads a band of volunteers to keep the shop serving the wonderful community. They are always looking for more volunteers so if you would be interested pop in.

Chardstock Village Hall
Adjacent to the schools is the, always active, Village hall. Through a very helpful arrangement, parents of the school can park in the village hall car park upon pick up and drop off each day. They have many events that go on in the week at the village hall: Tai Chi - Thursday morning 10:30-12. Monthly quiz nights - typically the last Friday of each month - 8pm. Coffee and cake - the first Wednesday of each month, 11-12. Weekly table tennis and youth club. Youth club is popular with St. Andrew's children and runs on Thursday evenings - 7:30pm.

Chardstock Eco Group
A group that work to make Chardstock as eco-friendly as possible.
